Prospect data sourcing
Prospect data used in campaigns is obtained only from lawful, appropriately licensed or publicly available sources. We do not purchase or use lists that breach applicable law, licence terms or platform rules.
Data points
Campaign data points may include company, industry, location, website, business category, relevant qualification signals and decision-maker information where lawfully available.
Do-not-contact
Suppression and do-not-contact requirements are respected. Opt-out requests are honoured and recorded, and suppressed records are excluded from further outreach.
AI processing
Where AI is used for prospect research, enrichment, categorisation, scoring or prioritisation, it operates on business information only and produces sales intelligence for internal campaign use. AI outputs are reviewed by our team and are advisory, not determinative.
Customer data
Information you submit about your own business is used to assess suitability and deliver your campaign. It is not resold or used to build marketing lists.
Retention and deletion
Prospect and campaign data is retained only as long as necessary for the campaign and reporting, then deleted or anonymised on request.
