Scope of service
500 MagicMania Campaign 001 provides a defined 3-month (90-day) lead-generation and sales-opportunity generation service. The specific deliverables, targeting criteria, channels and volumes applicable to your campaign are those set out in your written confirmed scope following the discovery call. Nothing on this website forms part of the scope unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Registration and payment
Registration and submission of an application is free. No payment is taken at application. Payment of the $500 campaign price (USD) becomes due only after the discovery call and written confirmation of campaign suitability and scope. The total MagicMania price for the Campaign 001 scope is $500.
Eligibility and acceptance
Not every business is accepted. MagicMania may decline an application where the campaign is not suitable for the applicant's business, market, offer or sales process. Final approval rests with MagicMania.
No guarantees
MagicMania does not guarantee revenue, sales, number of leads, number of appointments, conversion rate or return on investment. Any figures shown on this website (including $50,000 and $100,000 scenarios) are illustrative potential only. Where a lead volume target is included, it applies only if expressly stated in your signed scope.
Customer obligations
The customer is responsible for responding to and converting the opportunities generated, for the accuracy of information provided about their business, and for compliance with laws applicable to their own sales activity.
Campaign duration
The lead-generation campaign runs for 3 months from campaign activation, followed by a final campaign report.
